Compact Tractors -- 25HP to 50HP
Models: YTO ME254, MF354, MF404, MF454, ME504, SK504 -- available in 2WD (ME/MF) and 4WD (SK/ME with MFWD front axle) configurations. Powered by YTO 3-cylinder or 4-cylinder direct-injection diesel engines with natural aspiration or turbocharging. Dry-type dual-stage air cleaner with safety element for dusty field conditions.
Transmission: 8F+4R or 8F+8R sliding-mesh gearbox with optional creeper gear set (adds 4F+4R ultra-low speeds for transplanting and trenching). Dual-stage dry clutch. Mechanical differential lock on rear axle.

Mid-Range Row-Crop Tractors -- 60HP to 100HP
Models: YTO LF654, LF704, LF804, LF954 -- all 4WD as standard, designed for primary tillage and heavy field work. YTO 4-cylinder turbocharged and intercooled diesel engines (LR4A3Z/LR4V5 series), meeting Stage II/III emissions depending on market requirements. Wet-sleeve cylinder liners for field rebuildability.
Transmission: 12F+4R or 16F+8R synchronised or synchro-shuttle gearbox. Optional power shuttle (electric-hydraulic forward/reverse without clutch pedal). Creeper 24F+8R option for specialty crops. Finger-tip hydraulic shuttle control.

Transmission: 16F+16R or 24F+12R with power shuttle and creeper option. Electro-hydraulic Hi-Lo power shift (4 ranges x 4 gears). Wet multi-disc clutch pack. Auto PTO disengagement on lift.
Hydraulics & PTO: CAT II/III three-point hitch with electronic draft and position control (EHR). Lift capacity 3,200-4,500 kg. Independent PTO 540/1000 rpm (wet clutch). YTO Tractor Engineering & Operating Systems
Developed with Ricardo (UK) combustion technology since the 1980s. YTO LR series engines use wet-sleeve cylinder liners for in-frame rebuild capability, direct injection with multi-hole injectors, and gear-driven camshaft for timing reliability. Compact tractors (25-55HP): naturally aspirated 3-cyl or 4-cyl (LR3105/LR4105). Mid-range (60-100HP): 4-cyl turbocharged and intercooled (LR4A3Z/LR4V5). Heavy-duty (120-220HP): 6-cyl turbocharged intercooled with common-rail EFI (LR6M3-22/LR6A3Z-24). All engines run on standard diesel; biodiesel B20 compatible on request.
YTO gearboxes are designed and manufactured in-house with helical-cut gears for quieter operation and higher torque capacity. Compact tractors use sliding-mesh 8-speed gearboxes with dual-range transfer case (Hi/Lo) and mechanical rear differential lock. Mid-range and heavy tractors use constant-mesh synchronised gearboxes with electro-hydraulic power shuttle for clutchless forward/reverse direction changes -- critical for loader work and headland turns. Final drive: inboard planetary reduction with oil-immersed multi-disc brakes. Heavy-duty front axle with bevel-gear centre differential and limited-slip on LX series.
CAT I hitch (25-55HP): 540 rpm PTO, lift capacity 600-1,000 kg, lower-link draft sensing with mechanical position/draft/mixed control. CAT II (60-100HP): 540/1000 rpm dual-speed PTO, lift 1,800-2,500 kg, top-link and lower-link draft sensing. CAT II/III (120-220HP): full EHR (Electronic Hitch Regulation) with radar-based wheel-slip control, lift 3,200-4,500 kg, quick-hitch coupler compatibility, and auto PTO disengagement when implement is raised. Standard remote hydraulic valves: 2 (compact), 3-4 (mid/heavy) with float, detent, and proportional flow control. Power-beyond circuit for external hydraulic motors (rotary tiller drive, sprayer pump).
We supply complete implement packages matched to tractor horsepower: Primary tillage -- disc plough (2-5 furrows), mouldboard plough (2-6 furrows), heavy-duty offset disc harrow, subsoiler/ripper. Secondary tillage -- rotary tiller (rotavator, 1.2m-3.5m working width), spring-tine cultivator, disc harrow, power harrow. Planting -- pneumatic precision seed drill (4-12 rows), wheat/rice seed drill, potato planter, fertiliser spreader (disc and boom type). Crop care -- boom sprayer (200L-1,500L tank, 6m-24m boom), flail mower, rotary slasher. Harvesting -- trailed combine harvester adapter, forage harvester, baler (round and large square). Material handling -- front-end loader (4-in-1 bucket, pallet forks, bale spike), rear-mounted backhoe, trailer (4T-12T). All implements use standard CAT pin sizes and PTO shafts matching tractor output.
Ag R1 (standard): deep-lug tread for field traction in soil, 23° lug angle. Ag R1W (wet): 25% deeper lugs for rice paddies and heavy clay. Ag R2 (paddy): extra-deep bar tread, self-cleaning, for flooded rice fields. Industrial R4: shallower tread, stiffer carcass, for loader work and hard surfaces. Turf: minimal tread, for parks and sports fields. Radial (IF/VF): IF (Increased Flexion) and VF (Very High Flexion) radials carry 20-40% more load at the same pressure or the same load at 20-40% lower pressure for reduced soil compaction. Dual rear wheels available on 100HP+ tractors. Front weights (suitcase or frame-mounted) and rear wheel ballasting (calcium chloride or iron weights) configured to match implement and draft requirements.
Open-platform models (25-55HP): ROPS-certified roll bar, adjustable mechanical suspension seat, wet-bulb temperature gauge, analogue instrument cluster. Full-cab models (60HP+): ROPS/FOPS-certified sealed cab, HVAC with A/C and heater, pressurised cab with carbon-filtered intake (ISO 14269-5 CAT 2), air-suspension Grammer seat, multi-function armrest with integrated shuttle lever, hitch, PTO, and remote valve fingertip controls, Bluetooth radio, roof-mounted work lights (LED, 360° coverage).
