Dimensions: Internal box 8.5m-9.5m (L) x 2.3m-2.5m (W) x 1.5m-2.0m (H). Cubic capacity 20-30m³ standard, up to 60m³ for lightweight bulk (coal, grain).

Bulk Cement Tanker Trailers -- 25m³ to 65m³
Config: 3-axle V-shaped or W-shaped tank. Single, dual, or triple compartment. On-board diesel-powered screw air compressor (Bulk/Kaishan 10-12m³/min at 2 bar).
Discharge: 1.2-1.5 tonnes/min horizontal discharge up to 25m height, 5m distance. 4-inch or 5-inch discharge pipe with butterfly valves. Aeration fabric floor for fluidised material flow.

Fuel Tank Semi Trailers -- 30,000L to 60,000L

Lowbed Semi Trailers -- 60T to 120T Payload

Loading: Rear spring-assisted ramps (3m+, 800mm width, 70T capacity each) or full-width hydraulic ramps. Extendable deck option: 12m closed, 18m extended for long equipment.

Sidewall Bulk Cargo Trailers -- Custom Lengths

I-beam main rails are fabricated with continuous submerged-arc welding (SAW) and stress-relieved. Gooseneck or straight-beam profiles are selected based on tractor fifth-wheel height. Reinforced cross members at axle hanger and landing gear mounting points. All chassis welds are visually inspected and magnetic-particle tested at critical joints.
Standard: FUWA 13T/16T axles with 10-leaf mechanical spring suspension. Premium: BPW 14T/16T Eco Plus axles (420mm brake drum, SKF bearings with 1,000,000 km lubrication interval). Choose air suspension + lift axle for fuel tankers (legal weight distribution and smoother ride) or mechanical suspension for dump/lowbed (impact resistance). Axle spacing: 1,310mm standard, 1,360mm for wide-base super-single tyres.
Standard dual-line pneumatic system with WABCO 4S/3M or 4S/2M ABS. Premium: WABCO TEBS-E (Trailer EBS) with integrated roll stability control, automatic load sensing, and lift-axle control. Air reservoirs with auto-drain valves, 30/30-inch spring brake chambers on all axles. Emergency relay valve triggers full parking-brake application on pressure loss. Compliant with ECE R13 braking regulations.
All trailers undergo SA 2.5-grade sandblasting (near-white metal, ISO 8501-1) before painting. Surface profile: 40-70 microns for primer adhesion. Standard finish: zinc-rich epoxy primer (60-80 microns DFT) + polyurethane topcoat (50-60 microns DFT). Optional: 3-coat marine system with additional epoxy intermediate coat for coastal and high-corrosion environments. Total dry film thickness: standard 110-140 microns, marine 180-220 microns. Seven standard colour options; any RAL/commercial colour available.
24V system, 7-pin or 15-pin ISO 7638 ABS/EBS socket. Full LED lighting package: rear combination lamps (stop/tail/indicator/reverse/fog), side marker lamps every 3m, front clearance lamps, number plate lamp, and reflective contour marking tape (ECE 104, red/yellow) along full length and rear. Wiring in corrugated conduit with IP67 sealed connectors. Optional: reversing camera with in-cab monitor connection.
2-inch (50mm) bolted kingpin in forged alloy steel (20CrMnTi, case-hardened to HRC 58-62), JOST-compatible profile. Replaceable wear ring. Mounted on 8mm-12mm reinforced kingpin plate with gusset bracing to the gooseneck. 3.5-inch (90mm) welded kingpin option for heavy lowbed trailers (100T+ payload). Fifth-wheel clearance: 1,200mm-1,350mm from kingpin centre to trailer front, depending on tractor cab clearance requirements.
